Yes it's true, we are moving to Lehi. We found a place really quickly, and all of a sudden we are having a moving sale, packing our things, and heading to Happy Valley! It's bitter-sweet for us, because we are happy to be closer to my family, but we are sad to leave Brian's family, our ward, and Farmington. We have now lived in Farmington for 5 years and have LOVED it here. It has been such a great community, and we have enjoyed the small-town feeling here. We have absolutely loved the Farmington 19th ward and feel like we have met such amazing people in our ward. We are EXTREMELY thankful to Brian's parents for their constant support and for putting up with our crazy lifestyle. We love you guys and feel blessed to have you as parents and grandparents to our children.
We are excited to move closer to my family and are excited to have the "Ricks" cousins close to us. My sister Shelley lives only 5-10 minutes away, and my little sister Lindsay just lives in Pleasant Grove. We can't wait for all our new adventures with Maya, Jack, Nolan, Sabrina, and "unborn" baby girl. We are excited to be close to Grandma Shar and Grandpa George and are lucky to have their love, support, and fabulous grandparenting skills also! We are DEFINITELY excited for Brian's commute to go from 1 hour each way, to 10 minutes each way. Our gasoline consumption will definitely decrease!
All-in-all, this is the right decision for us at the right time. I am hoping to love our new ward and neighborhood as much as we have loved our Farmington ones. We will be able to move into our new place July 1st, so in only 1 1/2 weeks, we're out of here.

Congratulations! Oh how wonderful to be close to your family. I am so jealous. I am sure it will be hard to leave Farmington, but also so exciting to have a new house and be somewhere new. YAY!

Adam and I close on our house on Friday (27 June) and begin our journey to the West. We'll be close again! Email me the specifics of your house and where it is. I'm so happy for you guys! Adam says to tell you that all the cool people live in Lehi now...if only we could be there too!
