...And I mean, SHOOT! A couple weeks ago, we had a gal named Steph Winger take our family photos at Wheeler Farm. I have to say, she did an AMAZING job, considering what she had to work with. My kids were so crazy and uncooperative that I was embarrassed. I was sure there was absolutely no way she could come up with any good pictures. But, I am surprisingly impressed with her. She definitely worked her magic. Just to give you an idea of how the day went down, I'll post a few of the many blooper shots!
Adorable family pictures! You have a darling family and you are very brave to attempt a "real" family picture. They turned out great. I even love the ones that didn't turn out so great. They show so much about your little ones personalities! Good luck with the move.
I love it! I'm glad my kids aren't the only ones that don't behave for pictures. They are great when we are just cheesing it up at home, but professional pictures are always crazy. I don't know why I even bother. At least you got a few good ones--and the good pictures are really cute.
She did our family pics there as well and they turned out wonderful. We had just as many bloopers if not more! Boy Asher is fun. Yours turned out beautiful!
WOW~ Those are great pictures! You guys look so beautiful. And I love that last one. It would be so cute side by side to the formal one. Glad that it worked out!
Natalie and Brian, Your family pics are so cute! Can you give me Steph's number? She did an amazing job. Have you guys moved? I want to see your new home. Also, I'd love to help if you guys need a hand. Let me know okay. See you soon! Love, Kel
Those are SOOOOO cute!!! Brady hates family pictures for that very reason. Somehow though, there's always a few that turn out OK. You have a very cute family. We're gonna miss you!
Darling pics - such a cute family! The bloopers are what make it more realistic. It's usually a miracle when you don't have to crop anybody to get the perfect shot!
We are actually getting our family pictures taken tonight. I am afraid I will be sweating the whole time chasing after my kids along with the photographer. your family looks so cute. I like how you are all in white and denim,it looks really good.
We are Brian and Natalie Smith. We met at Utah State University in the Fall of 1998. I wouldn't say we immediately fell in love, but we began to date at the end of January 2000 and were married on June 27, 2000. It has since been a crazy whirlwind with the births of our five children: Andrew, Noah, Ella, Ava, and Sadie. We are making our way through a chaotic, unpredictable life, and we wouldn't want it any other way!
Brian and Natalie
ANDREW BRIAN
WILLIAM NOAH
ELLA JANE
AVA CATHERINE
SADIE IRENE
The things kids say...
Ava: Yelling very loudly at a nice lady standing by our shopping cart at Costco: "That's my cart missy!!"
Ava: After eating a Reese's PB cup while sick with a nasty cough: "Mom. I'm all better now because of the chocolate!"
Ella: After seeing a picture of Brian's cousin in his Halloween costume: "His costume is so inappropriate."
Ella: "A kid in my class has had to put his head down thrice."
Noah: "I hate girls. But I LOVE women."
Mom: "Ava. Is Daddy a boy or a girl?" Ava: "He's not a boy or a girl. He's Prince Charming!"
