For the past few weeks, I have been running with my sisters. I have to tell you, my sisters are super-runners (marathons, half-marathons etc.) I wasn't sure I could run with them, seeing as how they are amazing. But, I finally gave in to their constant requests, and I thought to myself, "After the first time, they'll see that I cannot do this."

So, on the first run, Lin and I just ran around the Mt. Timpanogos temple block (which surprisingly, is .8 miles). I thought I was going to die. But, Lindsay kept cheering me on and kept me motivated. Lindsay had a baby a little over a month ago, so obviously she is working up to where she was before. Anyway, the second night was much easier, and I found myself feeling much better.

Again last week, it got easier and easier, and this past week has been the easiest. I still have to walk a little bit, but I can now see that I can do it and that all it takes is a little discipline. Now, I look forward to these runs, where I can not only get in shape, but laugh with my sisters (sometimes even wetting our pants, and that's all I'm going to say about that!)

I just wanted to thank Lin and Shell for having faith in me and for pushing me to do something I never thought I could do with them. I am so lucky to have the sisters that I do. There aren't two other people in this world who I have more fun with or who I think are more amazing! Thanks again Lin and Shell!!! I love you guys!

Good for you Natalie...I need a little of that motivation. Maybe my days wouldn't seem as long if I started them out with exercise! :)

One wiener comment! That's all it took. Anyway, I, too am glad that you have FINALLY come with us. It really is the highlight of my chaotic days. Lindsay IS the best cheerleader, it's true. Thanks for keeping me motivated, girls!
