because I have nothing about which to post. Do we have any exciting news? Nope. Have we gone anywhere fun? Nope. Have the kids done anything funny? Yes, but not which I can remember. I did go to St. George for a girls' trip a few weeks ago, and it was a blast! There were 8 of us total, and I got to spend a weekend with my great friend, Katie, who I love dearly. I also got to see my sister-in-law and her family, so that was fun. I did love driving to and from St. George with Katie and chatting. It made the drive seem a lot shorter than usual. Despite my nervousness (due to snow) on the drive home, it was great to get in some girl-talk. I wish I had some pictures of the trip, but I forgot to take my camera. All I can say is, I LOVE THE BEAR PAW! If you've never been there for breakfast, I highly recommend it.
A few days ago, my little sister Lindsay called and asked me if I would run the St. George marathon with her. I said yes, but I'm a bit apprehensive about whether I can complete this magnificent challenge. I've been running pretty regularly since October, but I know now that I have to be 100% dedicated. I'm hoping Shelley will do it with us also, because it would be awesome to finish a marathon with my two best friends.
The past two days I've been dealing with Noah being sick, and it's not fun. There is nothing worse than knowing your kids feel horrible and not being able to take away their discomfort. Noah is a champion though and doesn't complain too much. I'm really hoping this bug stays away from the rest of us, but if history is any indicator, I would assume that we'll be seeing some interesting things in the next few days.
Other than that, I don't have a lot to post about. I just thought I'd write a little post so that February doesn't end without some sort of comment about our lives. We have a lot more going on in March, and as it will warm up a bit, I'll be a lot less blase' and much more interesting.

I'm so jealous you are going to run the St. George marathon. I would love to do that! Let me know how it goes! I hope Noah starts feeling better soon. Only one week left of Feb! YEAH!
Nat that would be so great if you ran the marathon! I can't even imagine doing something like that. You are my hero! Kind of fun to have something like that to work for.
Sorry Noah is feeling yucky, I hope he gets better soon.
I too hope Shelley does it with us. You're doing great and so far seem more dedicated than I. We'd better do it now before one of us is pregnant again!!
February is the same at the Rencher house...I'll be glad when it's over! Hope Noah is feeling better. So cool that you are going to do the marathon-Alan keeps trying to talk me into doing a triathlon with him but I'm not brave enough!
I really hate Feb. too. Go you and your running! Maybe I'll get going again when I have my body back to myself.
Wow! You are so brave to try running a marathon. I am very impressed. Good luck!
Hey! So, it is really funny you are talking about running a marathon. Mark and I were talking the other night and I totally decided I need to get back into running. I never felt as good...I ran this morning for the first time in months, guaranteed I will be paying for it tomorrow. Best of luck in your training. I know you can do it! :)
