I have a 10 year old. I know I say it every year, but holy cow! I can't believe Andrew is 10 years old. On day 1 of his life he was strong-willed and determined. That certainly hasn't changed. Andrew is starting that transition in life where kids no longer want to be little kids. He didn't want any toys for his birthday; just video games. He's starting to call other kids, "Dude," and he's of course in the awkward stage of his teeth and nose being a little large for his still-developing facial features.
We love Andrew and his determination. He's a fantastic kid!!

We did a March Madness theme for his cake and decorations this year. Yes, I do realize I'm no Buddy Valastro.

And here are our brackets. Let March Madness begin!!

Happy Birthday Andrew! I can't believe he's 10 either. Time flies. I think your cake looks pretty darn good (and aren't we glad you're not Buddy Velastro?) I've officially thrown out my bracket. I just can't win!
We love Andrew so much and count him (and all the rest of those sweet grandkids)as the greatest miracle in our lives. I hope somebody at your house is doing better on their brackets than we are.
Happy Birthday Andrew! He's such a sweet kid. I love having you guys as neighbors! :)
You have a 10 year old!! That is crazy! I can't imagine Mc being 6 let alone 10 but I know it is going to come fast. Hope the sickies have left your house and we can try venturing out again :)
You don't look old enough for a 10 year old! BTW, love the cake.
I just had a girlfriend whose twins came WAY early - just shy of 27 weeks (although both over 2 lbs). I know Andrew was more like 29 weeks (right?) - but I think of him everytime I hear of an EXTREMELY early delivery and it gives me hope. Happy birthday to your miracle baby!!
