turned into this so quickly.

Miss Ella is 6 today. She's been walking around all day in her brand new robe, Oobees (really fluffy slippers that have a 2 inch sole), and carrying her new pillow pet. She's a girl after my own heart. She loves comfort.
Ella insisted on opening her presents at 7am. She loved her new Pillow Pet, robe and Squinkies. (She got her Oobees a few weeks ago because she couldn't stand to wait until her birthday). I went to her school this morning and told her class all about Ella and distributed some sugar to the anxiously awaiting Kindergarteners. After school, we had a birthday lunch at McDonald's, and Ella invited her best friend Brooke to come along. We still haven't done cake or ice cream, but it'll be the usual family celebration.
At 6 years old Ella loves playing with her friends (mostly Brooke), riding her bike (which she finally does on 2 wheels), and she loves shopping with me, wearing my shoes and putting on my make-up. Her attitude is similar to that of an independent 16 year old who thinks her Mom knows nothing. Although we butt heads a bit, I'm glad she's her spunky, independent self. Happy Birthday E. We Love You!

Funny. You're description of Ella sounds just like my Kate. We are in for it. We are definitely in for it.
Happy Birthday ELLA! So cute! Kassi has that same pillow pet. Those pillow pets are soft. I want one for myself. LOL!
This post oozes sass :) Mc is right up there. Although the dinosaurs tend to be a little less girly, I know this is what awaits me.
Happy Birthday Ella! She is adorable. It's amazing how much she reminds me of you.
